Friends...It is very saddening, sorrowful, harrowing, horrific to note that the world has been grilling, griming under the worst wrath of the dreaded disease Corona Virus.
Now, the increasing trend of this Killer Corona is very much felt in our populous country India.
The severity & seriousness of the Corona super spreading can easily be confirmed from the fact that more than one Crore people have been affected by the Corona Virus in the world on yesterday. Now,more than Five lac people have been affected by the Corona Virus in India.
Government of India & our State Govt. are taking immediate steps to check, control the
spreading of Corona Virus Pandemic.
Health experts have cautioned that the coming months of July n August 2020 - will be the most sensitive, severe months for spreading of Corona Virus, during the monsoon season. It will be the peak stage for transmission of the Corona Virus.
Hence, we have to follow all the Corona related Govt. Guidelines , Lock down, Shutdown directives - very scrupulously to save the lives and livelihoods of people from the clutches of Corona with utmost
patience and prudence.
Friends, we again felt it necessary to make ourselves aware and act against the invisible enemy Corona unitedly.
Here, we elucidate the ABCDE to Check , Control Corona Virus .
*A. Awareness : Awareness in manifolds must be created in the Society to control the Corona Virus Pandemic.
What is Corona Virus ? Corona disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a SARS - Cov -2 type Virus.
SARS stands for Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome.Previously, people have already affected by a more severe virus -MERS , which is known as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome.
COVID-19 disease may range from common cold to more severe ailments in the respiratory system, causing death to the affected person. Aged people who have high blood pressure, heart problems, diabetics -
are more vulnerable to this Corona Virus, due to lack of a sound Immunity system.
Hence, now one has to keep one's immunity system strong & sound to ward off the Corona Virus . The precaution measures are : Stay Home , Stay Safe ; in case of any essential outings, one has to - wear a Mask, observe Physical Distancing, frequent Hand Washing with an alcoholic based sanitizer, put on Gloves etc.
Awareness makes one self alert & leads to take Action against the Corona Virus. At the very first, You have to be the Corona Warrior and help other Corona Warriors in the ongoing Viral War to curb the Corona Virus Pandemic.
This war must start from You, then in your family, Society,State and Country - to check, control & eradicate Corona Virus from our
Nation.
*B. Begin: Begin your day with practicing Yoga or any health fitness activities. Tone up your body ,so as to maintain your immunity system strong and sound from the invisible invasion of Corona Virus.
Please take luke warm water at regular intervals, eat hot healthy food & exercise regularly to boost up immunity.
*C. Check : Check, control your daily routine and keep a strict vigil on your Health and Lifestyle to combat with Corona Virus and to keep the Corona at Bay.
*D. Do it Yourself : Do it Yourself - all the preventive measures for tackling with Corona Virus, as a responsible citizen. If You check it for yourself, You can do it too for your family, Work Place, Locality, Society , State and Country - as a whole.
*E. Educate : Educate, update your know-hows on Corona Virus ; Govt. Guidelines there to - so that you can take the required steps on Corona.
Friends, if you check & control Corona for yourself, then in your family and locality , there will be no Cluster Spreading . If we can check mate Cluster Spreading, there will be no Community Spreading of Corona Virus. Similarly, if we strongly control Corona at Cluster or Community level - these will surely help our Country to curb the super spreading speed of Corona Virus.
