Friends, now coming to the topic ,we will present the recent sayings of Sadhguru on Corona Virus  matters. 

"If I knew a virus could become a source of so much sense & awareness among human beings, I would have given you one a long time ago ! Well, this is not a laughing matter, but if you lose your laughter the virus will not go away. If you become dead serious, you will be dead before you are dead...." (Spiritology : TNIE /26 April,2020)

Today the Sadhguru has twitted , eulogizing the Corona Warriors of our country, who have been relentlessly combating with the Killer Corona Virus... The tweet ..(Sg# Beat the Virus) is as such :  " Low fatality and shrinking of red zones is an acknowledgement of Lockdown effectiveness. Medical professionals, Police and Volunteers, we Bow to your resilience and dedication."

Friends, such is the core concern of  the noble soul, Sadhguru on the ongoing Corona Crisis . Friends, let us work together to wipe out the dreaded Corona Virus from our country & the world..

Friends, long ago, way back in December 2004, I purchased a book from the Book Fair,exhibited at the Exhibition Ground, Bhubaneswar. The book was on- "The Brain- A Precious Possession", authored by Prof. Gomathy Gopinath, the distinguished  neurologist, working in the AIIMS,New Delhi. The book was published by the National Book Trust, India.

As of now, the then also,the book was a best seller one, as it was on popularization of Science topics among the people.
 I was exhilarated , having the book. Coming to home, I was totally engrossed in reading the book, which interested me very much.

Friends, now we will discuss- What is Brain and what is Mind.We think that Brain and Mind is the same thing. But, no -they are not , they are different.
According to Prof. Gopinath-" The Brain is the band- master of the body and  the  Mind controls the bodily activities and behaviour".

To know much more on the striking differences between the Brain and Mind, we have read the papers of  Mr. J. Y. Kamhi,the famous Specialist in medical biochemistry, who puts the matters in a very scientific manner.

"The mind is the brain in action. The mind is the state, when the brain is alive and at work. When the brain is dead , the mind can not function."

Hence, we knew that the Brain is not the mind and the Mind is not not the Brain.
The Brain is the bio-machine, where as the Mind is a product of the living brain.

Now, we will discuss further more on Mind.

The Mind is a faculity of the metaphysical soul , not to be confused with the brain. The soul is located in the part of the brain, called the hypothalamus . Sitting on this seat,it controls the nervous system and through it various organs in the body.

Friends, now let me summarize on Mind.

Mind is all powerful. Mind is the King of all senses. Mind is the dynamic state of Life.
Mind is the root cause of everything a man does. It can mar a man , can Make a man.
Hence, it is the utmost necessity to cultivate the mind, to control the mind - to be a successful individual. Our ancient seers, sages, saints have laid much emphasis to control the mind. In Bhagwat Gita, we find the teachings on how to control the mind . Regular Yoga practices  can  control the mind. Swami Vivekanand studied the techniques of Yoga to control the mind.

Now, let us have a look - what Mahatma Gandhi said - "I will not let anyone walk through my mind with their dirty feet". The famous philanthropist Jiddu Krishnamurthi too laid great emphasis  on controlling the mind. He said that to understand the immeasurable, the Mind must be extraordinarily quiet ,still.

Friends, now you can realize the onus on controlling the mind factors for your self, your family and society as a whole.

Yes, mind can be brought under control. It is experienced that mind goes ,travels from one thing to other things in greater speed.Mind is super spreading by its own nature. So, to check mate  the running mind ,we have to act upon : Oh, MIND! whither you are running...Relax Please.....

 A good mind sees,seeks good things in every thing.
So, we can speak confidently that Good Mind , Good Find...

 On very utterance of the pious word, "Sadhguru", we feel energized ,    experience     enlightenment.    Sadhguru spells inner engineering of  the soul, thrills the body and masters the mind.
Please ponder over the witty wonderful lines of Sadhguru on Life...

"If you have eyes to see, if you have sensitivity to feel life with in You and outside of You, everything is a miracle."
 Friends, now come on ...and ponder calmly and coolly... What is Life ? Where from it come ? Who is the Creator of Life ? How to live life ? Why for this life? On whose sake, life be made meaningful ?
Friends, as said by the Sadhguru - feel life with in You & outside of You... everything is a miracle...
Life is divine ...the nano sparkling spirit of the Supreme Soul , in thy body. Life is to be lighted , ignited, made meaningful, useful for the welfare of all living & non-living matters.

    Today morning, soon after reading the morning newspapers,  I was totally engrossed with reading Odia poems.
     I  quickly glanced at  all sorts of poems; decided to pen a very short poem, but very very             unique Odia poem on  two lovers & God, the Almighty coming in to picture. 

     The Odia , entitlement is:
      Priyaa, Priya ...Eeswar...
    narrating the Eyes, Heart  & the Almighty as the witness.
