But this year's Rath Yatra is different in many ways. As you know, in recent days the Big News was on Rath Yatra. Whether it will be conducted or not ? All these are due to the prevailing Corona Virus Pandemic.
In the long run, the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed the verdict to conduct the world famous Chariot Festival in Puri city only- imposing strict restrictions on public participation, clamping curfews and obeying all COVID-19 safety measures .
People get delighted, when the much awaited verdict of SC was announced, only
yesterday on 22nd June.
Odisha Govt. is now all prepared to conduct the Rath Yatra in the Puri City only. Puri, the Lord's main holy abode is now all set to celebrate the Great Grand Charismatic Chariot Festival.
And, Friends....now the Juggernaut has already rolled on the Grand Road,Puri in Odisha,India - amidst the Corona pandemic situations... with all care & devotion...
